The London Weather Station

Well fortunately I bought myself a new duvet at the weekend, and just as well! The start of the week has been horrible. Raining very hard, dull weather and we’ve not seen much of the sky for what seems like ages! I love to see the sky on a winter’s night, although cold, a winter’s night sky can be very beautiful, looking up at a cold crystal clear sky can be very romantic!

The sky seemed to clear up over bonfires night and we got lucky over south London to stand and watch the fireworks on Clapham Common by the toasty warm bonfire, we enjoyed the “ooooooo’s” and “aaaaahhhhhhh’s” of a good fire work display without it being too cold!

Looking to the rest of the week it looks like it’s going to be a mixed bag of weather, dull but cloudy, no total cloud cover over central London, fortunately, and this morning we even got some sun! I hope we can say the same for the weekend and that Saturday and Sunday are going to be better than the last few weekends. The weather reports certainly look as though we might be in for an “ok” weekend weatherise, so fingers crossed.
